Fried garlic and garlic stalks are really a household dish. It is the season to eat fresh garlic stalks. We used to call garlic sprouts. Fried garlic with bacon is one of my favorite dishes.I used Jinhua ham to cook the dishes. Jinhua ham was sent by my friend during the Spring Festival. It was destroyed before the hot weather. Fried garlic sprouts with preserved ham. Beautiful color, rich aroma, rich nutrition, delicious. The unique aroma of Jinhua Ham adds a lot of color to this ordinary domestic dish.

Jinhua ham is salted. It is already very salty. Don't add salt and chicken essence. Garlic stalks should be fresh and tender. If the garlic sprouts are a little old, you can blanch them in water and stir fry them until.

Step 1 . Remove the old roots from the garlic stalks and wash them. Prepare Jinhua ham.
