If you are lazy, you simply omit the following steps, and directly fry the fish fillet, and you can eat it with your hands.

Step 9 . OK, I'm lazy. I'll eat it right after fried. The outer layer of fish fillet is crisp and the inner layer is tender. The fish meat tastes just good after being pickled. With some wine, it is very moist!
