Braised pork with potatoes
My sugar color is a little burnt, usually light yellow.
Step 1 . Wash the pork belly and set aside.
Step 2 . Heat up the iron pot and burn off the skin of the meat
Step 3 . Scrape and wash the cooked pork belly, then cut the skin into pieces by hand.
Step 4 . Heat oil in a pot, add rock sugar after the oil is hot.
Step 5 . If the sugar has turned golden after boiling, it can be taken out. Generally, it should be light yellow. I'm a bit over the mark.
Step 6 . Boil water in a pot and put in the pork belly to cook for five minutes.
Step 7 . Prepare the seasonings.
Step 8 . Add a little oil to the pot and stir fry the seasoning until fragrant.
Step 9 . Add pork belly chunks and stir fry evenly
Step 10 . Pour in rock sugar sauce and stir fry until the meat chunks are colored.
Step 11 . Add more water, preferably without adding water halfway. Moderate heat for forty minutes.
Step 12 . Cut the potato chunks.
Step 13 . After forty minutes, put the potatoes into the meat pot.
Step 14 . Once the potatoes are cooked, they can be seasoned and taken out of the pot.
