Fish Aspidistra
Fish with eggs is the name given to this dish by my father. When my brother and I were young, my father would often steam the fish, carefully remove the fish bones, and then wrap them with eggs and fry them into a stew. The stewed soup is snow-white, with pepper powder. It is very delicious. My brother and I eat fish with great confidence. My father is laughing at it.I haven't eaten fish like this for many years. It was not until my father cooked this dish for my son that I remembered the delicious taste. The fish used had better be tight meat.
