Fried dried beans with towel gourd

I made five flavored dried beans for the children. I only had twoorthree pieces left. I fried them in oil, fried them with loofah, and took them to my unit for lunch.

Main Ingredients

Towel gourd A moderate amount of

Auxiliary Ingredients

capsicum appropriate amount
onion A moderate amount of
Spiced Dried tofu appropriate amount

Soak towel gourd in light salt water after cutting to prevent discoloration.

Step 1 . Peel loofah and cut dried beans into strips.

Step 2 . Cut loofah into inch sections vertically.

Step 3 . Put some oil in the pot, add dry red pepper and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 4 . Add some chopped onion.

Step 5 . Add loofah and stir fry.

Step 6 . Stir fry loofah until it changes color. Add some salt.

Step 7 . Add dried beans.

Step 8 . Continue to stir fry until loofah is soft. Add a little chicken essence to taste.

Step 9 . Out of the pot.
