Amaranth with garlic
In the supermarket, I saw red amaranth, which is rarely sold here. When I added it home, I boiled its charming soup and made noodles. The rest of the vegetables were used for cold dishes. It's really practical!I like to add more sesame oil, minced garlic and vinegar to this dish.
Step 1 . Wash the red amaranth and blanch it in a pot until cooked.
Step 2 . Squeeze away the water with force, remove the thick stems, leaving only the leaves.
Step 3 . Add minced garlic for a delicious taste.
Step 4 . Add balsamic vinegar.
Step 5 . Add sesame oil and salt.
Step 6 . Mix well and serve on a plate.
