The taste is called thick. The finished picture was taken in a hurry. Without any decoration, the surface melted.

Step 1 . With dark chocolate coins, mine contains 65% cocoa butter and has a strong taste. It is broken into pieces and added into milk

Step 4 . By using the machine, the light cream is directly added to the machine. The light cream is frozen and taken out directly from the refrigerator without being whipped. The machine has a stirring process, which makes the cream very delicate and can be kept at a low temperature without being whipped, which is more beneficial for ice cream production

Step 5 . After 20 minutes, the mixing stick won't stir, indicating that the ice cream has already formed. Lift up the mixing stick and everything in the bucket is also very good. At this point, it should be covered and allowed to freeze for about 20 minutes. Better results

Step 6 . I couldn't wait to dig a cup. I was planning to take a photo, but before I could finish decorating it, the surface melted, so I quickly eliminated it. Therefore, the amount of formula chocolate used is large, and the aroma of chocolate is particularly rich. Dark chocolate is my favorite flavor, and I ate up this cup.
