Boiled cabbage heart is one of my favorite vegetables.In the past, Chinese cabbage was cooked by frying. I felt that I must cook the oil at a high temperature and fry it quickly in a hot pot. Only in this way can there be pot gas and taste good. I accidentally made a white hot one, and found that the original taste is as good, crisp and juicy, and more healthy. It is also free from the pain of oil smoke~~

After boiling, add some oil and blanch the cabbage to keep its green color.

Step 1 . Prepare the necessary ingredients

Step 2 . Wash the vegetable hearts thoroughly and peel off the old skin at the roots. Minced garlic

Step 3 . Boil water in a pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and oil after the water boils

Step 4 . Then blanch the vegetable hearts until they are cut off, about 1 minute

Step 5 . Take out the vegetable hearts and set them on a plate

Step 6 . Remove the water from the pot, pour in broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic, and bring to a boil

Step 7 . Drizzle on blanched vegetable hearts
