Cup Cake
I never thought I could learn how to bake cakes. I was tempted to join the gourmet world. ha-ha... First contact with the oven! This is a "smiling Cupcake", my mother said (in our hometown, as long as the cake is cracked, it is said to be a "smiling" cake. A total of 6 cakes were baked, and each one has the same "smile", which represents my mood. Happy! The 20 month old son scrambled to eat the cake I made. It was a kind of suffocating happiness! It's really simple. Everyone can do it! Believe in yourself and you will succeed!Step 1 . Egg yolks and egg whites are separately placed in utensils without any moisture. Add 40 grams of sugar to the egg yolk, stir well, then add milk and oil, and use a blender to stir evenly!
Step 2 . To beat the egg whites, add 30g of white sugar in 3 portions (this sugar addition step can be added according to personal preference, not necessarily). During this period, adding an appropriate amount of lemon juice can remove the fishy smell and better beat the egg whites. If there is no lemon juice, use white vinegar. The beaten egg whites are like cream, and the basin won't fall off even when turned upside down!
Step 3 . Then add the egg whites in three portions to the yolk, without circling, only stirring up and down.
Step 4 . Stir evenly, then you can pour them onto paper cups separately. My portion size fits exactly 6 cups
Step 5 . Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6 . Okay, isn't it easy?
Step 7 . I have children at home and I don't want to grill too hot. This color is the best. Original flavor~Milk aroma
