Simple fried dumplings

Step 2 . Mix minced meat, shrimp, seasoning, and chopped scallions thoroughly, stir vigorously, as shown in the picture
Step 3 . Put meat stuffing in the middle of Wonton peel
Step 4 . Fold one side of the Wonton skin into the middle to cover the meat
Step 5 . Fold the other side towards the middle to tightly wrap the meat filling, and stick the joint with egg mixture by hand
Step 6 . The wrapped dumplings are like sandbags. Do not overlap to avoid Wonton skins sticking together. If there are too many bags, sprinkle flour on the Wonton skin before overlapping
Step 7 . Put the wrapped dumplings in a flat bottomed pan and fry over high heat for one minute. They should not be too crowded or overlapped. Do not flip over, pour in hot water, the water should be about half the height of the dumpling. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat until the water has almost evaporated. Open the lid and flip over to continue frying for 1-2 minutes until the other side is also golden brown
