Step 7 . Roll up from top to bottom and pinch tightly.
Step 8 . Prepare the four dough pieces in sequence and place them in the bread maker. My bread maker is narrow, so it can only be placed vertically, while a wide bread maker can be placed horizontally
Step 9 . Cover with cling film and ferment to twice the original size; Brush the surface with a layer of milk (or whole egg liquid) and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of sesame seeds.
Step 10 . Start the baking program, and the baking time is 1 hour. I usually turn off the power after 50 minutes, and the bread is already baked.
