French pear chocolate pie
Tomorrow, my mother-in-law and emeline will return to France. For the dessert for the last dinner of this holiday, we chose the French pear chocolate pie carefully selected by my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law brought a recipe from France to make this dessert with me. This is one of her favorite desserts, so we looked forward to it from the beginning. Of course, everyone praised this dessert at dinner. Because there are many foreign pears, it is not heavy at all. Instead, it is very refreshing. Juju, the dessert strongly recommended by my mother-in-law, is here to recommend it to you~
Step 1 . Mix flour, sugar and cocoa powder dry

Step 2 . Add butter

Step 3 . Stir the butter and flour dry, as shown in the figure, and rub with both hands until the flour and butter combine into fine sand powder

Step 4 . Add eggs, and then add 5-7 teaspoons of water to make dough. The water can see the dough state. If the dough is too dry, pour about 7 teaspoons of water into it. If you feel that the dough is too thin, you can put a little less. The dough will stop forming immediately. Do not rub more. Put the dough in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes

Step 5 . There are two ways to make a pie. The first is Juju's improved method, which can be made into small pieces, so that you can do less at one time. The method is to roll the dough into a thin skin, and put the washed peeled and seeded pears in half

Step 6 . Close the edges like a pie and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes

Step 7 . The second method is the traditional method, making a baking pan at a time, which is suitable for preparing at a party. The method is to divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a thin shape

Step 8 . On a buttered baking tray, put a piece of dough first, and put pears cut into 1/4 on it

Step 9 . After filling it, cover it with another piece of dough, close the edge, preheat it to 180 degrees and bake it for about 35-40 minutes. It's better to refrigerate it for one or two hours before eating it
