Braised shrimp with Tofu

Step 1 . Cut the bean curd into cubes, draw a grid on it, and the knife depth is about 2/3 of the bean curd;
Step 2 . Deep fry the bean curd into golden color;

Step 7 . Pour in the shrimps, cook in white wine, stir fry slightly, add 2 tbsps of starch, add sesame oil as the tail oil, put in a few pockets, and then put on a plate;
Step 8 . Pour the remaining juice over the noodles and sprinkle with scallions.
