Spicy snails
Step 1 . Ingredients: snails (cut off and washed), ginger slices, garlic slices, dried chilli (cut), scallions
Step 2 . Heat the wok with oil, then add the cut dry chilli, ginger slices and garlic slices into the wok.

Step 4 . Add some white pepper.
Step 5 . Stir fry.
Step 6 . Then, add some water.
Step 7 . Add some light soy sauce.
Step 8 . Add some white sugar.
Step 9 . Add proper amount of salt.
Step 10 . Add proper amount of chicken essence.
Step 11 . Boil the seasoning for 10 minutes.
Step 12 . Finally, put in the scallions, and serve.
Step 13 . Out of the pot and put on a plate.
