Step 1 . Cut the ham bought from the supermarket into shreds for later use.

Step 6 . Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot. Once the oil is hot, add shredded okra, egg skin, ham, and shiitake mushrooms. Add an appropriate amount of salt and a little sugar, stir fry quickly, add a little chicken essence and starch water, and stir fry a few more times before serving.
