The super simple home-made vegetarian food has no technical content.The fried old tofu is my husband's favorite way to eat tofu. I have to cook it every few days. Most of them are fried only with green pepper and garlic, and there must be more green onions. People are especially good at it. But I am tired of adding green pepper. It will be more delicious with leeks and shrimp skin.

Step 1 . Preparation materials: tofu, leek, shrimp skin, green pepper.
