Step 2 . Pour a little more oil into the pot and turn down the heat after the pot is hot. First put the scallion part in, turn it over, and then put the green part. Fry slowly over low heat until the color of the onions turns to scorched yellow and turn off the fire. Then continue to turn with a spatula, fry the green onions into brown when the oil is warm, and then remove them. Put it into a big bowl.
Step 3 . In addition, add water and a little salt in the oil-free pot. Boil the noodles after boiling, and cook until they are eight minutes cooked.
Step 4 . Take a noodle bowl and pour some raw and old soy sauce into it. Put the cooked noodles into a bowl and pour two or three tablespoons of scallion oil on it with a spoon. Stir well with chopsticks. OK.
