This is my own snack. It's actually similar to Qifeng cake, but the amount of oil and sugar is very small. I use two temperature baking methods, one is crispy like biscuits, the other is crispy outside and soft inside, a bit like a small cake. Each bite is delicious.

Step 10 . The oven is preheated at 150 degrees, and the middle and lower layers are roasted at two temperatures, first at 120 degrees for 10 minutes, and then at 150 degrees for 10 minutes. It tastes very crispy. First 150 degrees for 10 minutes, then 120 degrees for 10 minutes, crisp outside and soft inside.
