Coffee Cookies
Suddenly on a whim, I wanted to drink coffee. I bought a can of coffee but didn't drink much. It's delicious to make snacks with it!
Step 1 . Soak the coffee powder in boiling water and set aside.
Step 2 . After softening the butter, add powdered sugar and stir well.
Step 3 . Beat with an egg beater until the volume becomes larger and the color turns white. Add a small amount of egg liquid many times (I added it six times) and stir it evenly. Stir it evenly once and then add it again.
Step 4 . Add coffee juice and stir well.
Step 5 . Add low gluten flour and stir with a scraper until there is no dry flour.
Step 6 . Squeeze into the baking pan, 180 degrees, heat up and down, middle layer, bake for about 18 minutes.
