Steamed spareribs with fungus

Step 1 . Soak hair with agaric and some warm water

Step 2 . Wash the spareribs and dry them in cool water.

Step 3 . Pour the ribs into the dish, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce and three spoonfuls of oil, mix well, and submerge for 20 minutes.

Step 4 . Remove sundries from soaked agaric and clean it up.

Step 5 . Heat up the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add agaric and stir fry for a few times, then add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry until the agaric emits like firecrackers, then turn off the fire.

Step 6 . Pour the spareribs into the pot, put the agaric into the plate, and code the spareribs on the surface.

Step 7 . Pour an appropriate amount of water into the steamer, boil it over high heat, and then steam it over medium low heat for 30 minutes.

Step 8 . Out of the pot. Ps: I forgot to put ginger slices on the way, and I added them later. (ginger slices are best added when marinating ribs.)
