Homemade mushroom powder
Today, I cleaned up the kitchen and found that there were still a lot of dried mushrooms at home! It doesn't take much to make soup! Just want to use them to make mushroom powder! It's best to clean quickly, do not soak for too long, otherwise the baking time will be extended, and be sure to stir after cooling
Step 1 . Dry mushrooms at home
Step 2 . Rinse the dried mushrooms with clear water for several times, and then squeeze the water dry
Step 3 . Spread the washed mushrooms on the baking tray
Step 4 . Cut down the large pieces such as Pleurotus eryngii to shorten the time of drying and crispness
Step 5 . Lay it on the baking tray again
Step 6 . Bake in the oven at 100 ℃ for about 2 hours until the mushrooms become crisp again
Step 7 . This is a crispy mushroom. Wait for it to cool down
Step 8 . Pour the cooled mushrooms into the mixing cup of the wall breaker
Step 9 . After the cover is closed and the power is plugged in, select the mixing key, which defaults to 3 minutes
Step 10 . When you see the whipping into powder, you can end it in advance
Step 11 . It's best to sift. If there is a lot of leftover material after sifting, you can put it into the machine and stir it again. Finally, the leftover can be mixed in the meat filling
