
Braised noodles with beans
Every summer, I feel very happy when I eat the green organic vegetables grown in my old house. The vegetables planted at home are not as good as those sold in the market, but they taste much sweeter than those outside. Simply stir fry and stew. It's delicious!
Step 1 . Shred beans and shallots, slice garlic and ginger

Step 2 . Shred the chicken breast, add salt, soy sauce and starch, and marinate for five minutes

Step 3 . Put a spoonful of cooking oil and warm water into the flour and mix well (what I make is two people, a small bowl of flour). Add oil to dough to make dough softer.

Step 4 . After waking up for five minutes, roll it into a thin sheet of about three millimeters

Step 5 . Roll it into thin slices, apply a thin layer of oil, and fold it in half (the width of the dough should not exceed 10 cm, otherwise it is too long to cut after folding)

Step 6 . Cut noodles into about three millimeters

Step 7 . Stir fry shredded chicken at medium temperature. If you change color, it's ripe. Come out for standby

Step 8 . Put oil in the pot and heat up the shallots, ginger and garlic

Step 9 . Stir fry the scallions, ginger and garlic until fragrant, and then add the beans and the appropriate soy sauce

Step 10 . Add water and simmer the beans for five minutes. The amount of water should not exceed the beans.

Step 11 . Stew beans for five minutes, then add noodles and shredded meat. Braised over medium heat

Step 12 . When the water dries, the noodles are slightly burnt yellow. Add a little cumin powder and cumin granules. Stir well and serve

Step 13 . There are vegetables, meat and staple food. Kill more with one stone. Pig mother is losing weight so she uses chicken breast. If she uses streaky pork with skin, it's better. It's super fragrant
