Braised Tofu with agaric

This is a Kwai dish. The shredded beef is fried first, then the tofu is fried, and finally the soaked and washed agaric is put into the pot and stewed together to get out of the pot. If you like soup, you can add some more. It's really good to use soup to mix rice.
