Tiger skin cake roll
A flea market will be set up in the daughter's kindergarten on June 1. In order to improve sales, my mother made a tiger skin cake roll overnight, which is convenient to take out and distribute as a gift! Sure enough, all the goods were sold out that day. My daughter was so happy!1. When finally rolled up, it is better to use oil paper as a backing. The edge of the tiger skin is a little sticky with the preservative film I used. It is more convenient to make ordinary cake rolls.2. Very suitable for taking out! It doesn't matter if the cake is tilted upside down. I'm afraid it's difficult to take the cream when it melts, so this time I wrapped a little less cream and the cake roll was tighter!3. I use a 28 cm square non stick baking pan.4. Totally 8 eggs were used, and 4 proteins remained. Use them when cooking 😊

Step 1 . First make the cake, take 4 eggs, and separate the egg yolk. Add 40g white granulated sugar to the egg whites three times and beat with an electric egg beater.

Step 2 . Add 20g white granulated sugar into the egg yolk, stir it evenly with a manual mixer, then pour salad oil and milk in turn, stir it evenly, finally screen in low flour, and mix it evenly with a rubber scraper (be careful not to stir in circles, but stir it up, like cooking).

Step 3 . Pour 1/3 protein into egg yolk paste and stir well. Pour in 1/3 of the protein and stir well. Finally, pour all into the protein and stir well.

Step 4 . Pour the mixed cake paste into the baking pan and make it bubble vigorously.

Step 5 . Put into the preheated oven, 175 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. Then take out the inverted buckle and cool it on the shelf.

Step 6 . This is the baked cake. I use a non stick baking pan, and it demoulds with a gentle shake.

Step 7 . Don't use it for the time being. Cover it with paper to prevent it from drying, otherwise it is easy to crack when rolling.

Step 8 . Then make tiger skin, take 4 egg yolks, add 35g white granulated sugar, and beat with an electric egg beater to whiten and emulsify. Then add corn starch and continue to beat evenly.

Step 9 . Spread oil paper on the baking tray, pour in the egg liquid, and wipe it evenly with a scraper as much as possible.

Step 10 . Strong shock out big bubbles.

Step 11 . Put it into the preheated oven, bake it at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes, and be sure to watch beside it. If you are satisfied with the pattern, you will stop immediately.

Step 12 . Take it out, cool it first, then buckle it upside down, and carefully tear off the oil paper. I put plastic wrap underneath.

Step 13 . Cover it with paper to prevent it from drying.

Step 14 . Cut the diced mango and make it smaller.

Step 15 . Add 10g white granulated sugar and 10g milk powder to the light cream, and beat with an electric egg beater.

Step 16 . Spread a thin layer of cream on the tiger skin.

Step 17 . Spread the cake body on the tiger skin, and use a knife to draw rows of horizontal knife edges, which is easier to roll up. Then spread cream, sprinkle with diced mango, and then cover with cream. Now everything is ready to roll up!

Step 18 . Roll it up, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap at the bottom, put it in the refrigerator for one night, then slice it, and enjoy it!

Step 19 . The texture of tiger skin is very beautiful!
