Fried steamed bread

There are generally two ways to fry dry steamed bread. One is to fry it after sticking to water, and the other is to fry it with wrapped egg liquid. I just learned a method to fry it with starch water. It is very delicious.

Main Ingredients

Mantou 1 piece

Peanut oil 1 spoon

starch 1 spoon

Step 1 . Ordinary white bread.

Step 2 . Cut into thin slices.
