Rice noodle salad
Step 1 . Chopped coriander. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half vertically, dig out the seeds with a spoon and cut it into strips. Peel the shallots, cut them in half, and slice them into thin slices. Peel the garlic and press it into mud. Squeeze lemon juice, finely chop pepper, or cut small pieces with scissors. Set aside for standby.
