Step 2 . After controlling the moisture, cut into small pieces or dices, and cut a few garlic at will.
Step 3 . Take a glass bottle, which must be free of oil and water. Put beans and garlic in it, and put salt and sugar.
Step 4 . Cover the lid, shake it several times to make the salt and sugar melt faster, and then store it in a cool place for 5 days (5 days in summer, 7 days in winter).
Step 5 . Cured beans will turn yellow.
