Step 1 . Peel the taro and cut it into strips. (I took the extra taro to fry taro cake)
Step 2 . Boil water in the pot, pour in long taro and scald it.
Step 3 . Filter the water and let it dry.
Step 4 . Mix with a little cornflour.
Step 5 . Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it up, and deep fry the taro. (deep fry until the surface is white without coloring) (I put less oil and keep turning over)
Step 6 . Filter the oil.
Step 7 . Wash the pot, put an appropriate amount of water, an appropriate amount of white granulated sugar, and boil the sugar over a low heat. (less water, I put too much water)
Step 8 . Stir the shovel constantly until the sugar is sticky and bubbles appear, and then put the fried taro into it.
Step 9 . After pouring taro, turn off the fire and keep turning until the sand comes out.
