On TV, I saw small steamed buns like chess pieces. They were roasted golden. They wanted to eat when they looked at them. If they liked stuffing, they made chess buns.

Step 1 . Add milk, honey, sugar and yeast to the flour to make a smooth dough. Put it in a warm and humid place for natural fermentation in a heat preservation state. When the dough rises to twice its original size, take it out and knead it to exhaust the air, and then let it rest and relax.

Step 8 . Sprinkle black sesame seeds.

Step 9 . Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, bake the green body, and then bake it on and off the fire for 20 minutes.
