Braised Dongxingban
Step 1 . Frozen east star spot thaws.
Step 2 . East Star Spot removes internal organs, and cuts flowers on both sides.
Step 3 . Cut the scallions into sections, peel and slice them into the belly of Dongxingban, pour them into cooking wine and marinate them for 20 minutes to remove fishiness.
