Lobster with garlic

I made a spicy garlic crawfish before, and my friend fried a spicy garlic crawfish a long time ago. Today, I went to the food market after work to buy food. Step 1 . Clean the crawfish and marinate it with salt for half an hour.

Step 2 . Chop garlic into minced garlic, rinse with water and set aside.

Step 3 . Heat a wok and drain the oil. Stir fry the crawfish until it changes color.

Step 4 . Leave a little fat in the pot, add half of the garlic, stir fry, and add the chili flour to stir fry.

Step 5 . Add crawfish, stir fry, add beer, salt, five spice powder, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 6 . Collect the dried water and put it out. It tastes good when opened.
