Because of low blood sugar, there are always a few sweets in my bag when I go out. This is what the elder sister taught me. It's easy to learn. Step 1 . Peel the jelly orange and pomegranate to keep the kernel (seed). I use my own boiled pitaya jam.

Step 2 . Prepare food grade molds, paper sticks, packaging bags and binding wires in advance.

Step 3 . Put the pomegranate seeds into a sealed bag and squeeze the juice out by hand.

Step 4 . Filter 30g pomegranate juice with fine screen.

Step 5 . Add 150ml of water and 150g of yellow rock sugar into the non stick pan and boil them into ice sugar water.

Step 6 . Boil the crystal sugar water slowly with low heat, and it starts to bubble, which can not be stirred, so as to prevent the sand from turning into frost. Just shake the pan gently and continue to boil.

Step 7 . When the sugar juice becomes thick with dense bubbles, add 30g pomegranate juice and continue to boil. When the sugar juice becomes thick again, dip it in a bowl of cold water with chopsticks, and then bite it.

Step 11 . Add 30g orange juice in the same way.
