Fat Beef Tofu Roll
This dish was inspired by bacon and enoki rolls. Today, we replaced bacon with beef rolls, wrapped in soft tofu, my daughter's favorite enoki, and my favorite okra. Thin beef, soft tofu, smooth okra, a combination of meat and vegetables, nutritious and delicious. The method is still the characteristic of our team's thick oil red sauce. Today, we used a new product from June Fresh, light salt honey braised soy sauce. We originally thought that soy sauce would contain honey, so we didn't add sugar (Shanghai specialty dishes always add sugar to enhance freshness). When tasting, we still felt that the flavor was a bit monotonous, so we added a little sugar in the end.① This dish is inspired by bacon and enoki mushrooms.② Thousand page tofu is not easy to break and does not have the bean like smell of old tofu. If you don't mind, you can use other tofu.③ June fresh light salt honey braised soy sauce contains honey, so I didn't add sugar, but according to my taste, I still need to add some sugar for seasoning.④ For those who enjoy spicy food, you can add some chili sauce. I cooked another pot of soup with sour and spicy wings, which is also quite delicious⑤ Fat beef rolls are relatively thin and fragile, and can be wrapped in another layer.
Step 1 . Prepare ingredients and seasonings.
Step 2 . Boil a pot of hot water, add the fat beef rolls and blanch the blood foam, then rinse with clean water.
Step 3 . Cut the tofu into thick strips, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash and break them apart, and shred the okra.
Step 4 . Take a slice of beef and unfold it, then add tofu strips, shiitake mushrooms, and shredded okra. Do not add too much to avoid not being able to roll it up.
Step 5 . Roll up, if the beef slices are severely damaged, you can roll them up again.
Step 6 . Roll the rolled beef into a frying pan (this is half the amount).
Step 7 . Pour in a tablespoon of June fresh 12g light salt honey braised soy sauce.
Step 8 . A tablespoon of delicious Da Mei premium oyster sauce, bring to a boil 1 small bowl of water, flip over and bring to a boil again, taste and adjust the seasoning (I added a little white sugar).
Step 9 . Collect the thick soup, take it out of the pot and put it on a plate. Blanch okra (out of recipe) until cooked and cut into small stars for decoration.
