Step 1 . Ingredients: potato starch, purple cabbage, carrot.

Step 2 . First, cut the purple cabbage and carrot into dice and squeeze the juice.

Step 3 . The purple cabbage juice is divided into three parts for color mixing, ① purple part, ② add a few drops of white vinegar in the other part, and stir well to turn pink, ③ add a little baking soda in the remaining part, and stir well to turn green.

Step 4 . After the color is adjusted, add potato starch (the ratio of potato starch to water is 1:4) and stir well.
