Mapo Tofu

The classic Mapo Tofu is made by different people. This time, according to the taste of the family, the beef or pork is also very good.

Main Ingredients

Pork stuffing 100g
Bean curd 400 g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Cooking wine A spoonful
Hydrous starch few

Pixian Bean Paste 100g

The tofu should be turned gently in the pot to avoid being broken.

Step 1 . Cut tofu into 2cm cubes.

Step 2 . Put some oil in the pan and stir fry the meat.

Step 3 . Stir fry the meat until it is half cooked. Add the chopped black bean.

Step 4 . Add Pixian Bean Paste and stir fry the meat.

Step 5 . Add tofu, onion and ginger and stir fry.

Step 6 . Add water and cooking wine to boil.

Step 7 . Boil in tofu to taste, add starch and thicken.
