Step 1 . Wash the beef thoroughly and cut it into large pieces. Put it into the LeKou box, add a little cooking wine, black pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and refrigerate for more than 1 hour to marinate and enhance flavor.

Step 3 . 3. Heat a frying pan and add olive oil or regular salad oil. Cut the onions into rings and fry them in a pan until they turn slightly yellow, then set them on a plate for later use.
Step 4 . 4. Take out the steak and fry it in the pan until it changes color. Add red wine, spices, a little black pepper, and lemon juice. If the sweetness of red wine is low, add an appropriate amount of white sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour until fully cooked
Step 5 . 5. Cut the sauce over high heat, set it on a plate, add a small amount of water starch to thicken the soup, pour it over the beef, slice lemon slices and decorate the plate, then it's ready to eat.
