Taro pie
I don't think the homemade mashed taro is very delicious. You can buy it ready-made, or use bean paste instead. You can also directly cut bananas into small dices for filling. It's also good to make banana pie~~
Step 1 . Peel and cut the taro into pieces, then put them in the microwave and bite them
Step 2 . Mash the taro chunks into a paste, add sugar and a little milk, and mix well
Step 3 . Remove the pancake skin and thaw at room temperature
Step 4 . Sprinkle some flour on the table to prevent sticking. As shown in the picture, roll out the pancake skin slightly, then roll it out and cut it into rectangular pieces. Divide it evenly into two small rectangular pieces of skin
Step 5 . Use the cut part to reassemble on a small rectangular piece of leather as an edge, and brush egg mixture to bond it together
Step 6 . Place the taro paste in the middle of the pie skin and apply egg mixture along the edges
Step 7 . Cover with another small rectangular piece of leather and use a fork to press out patterns around it
Step 8 . Cut the leather every centimeter and apply egg mixture on the surface. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until colored
