Pan fried tofu and minced meat

This dish is the continuation of my uncle's Fried Tofu

Main Ingredients

Minced meat A moderate amount of
Bean curd 2

Auxiliary Ingredients

Chicken essence appropriate amount
salt A moderate amount of
Light soy sauce appropriate amount

No salt, add some cooking wine and sugar

Step 1 . Prepare materials

Step 2 . Cut tofu into pieces

Step 3 . Heat the pan and pour in the oil

Step 4 . Fried Tofu with Hot Oil

Step 5 . Pan fry until golden brown, turn upside down and fry

Step 6 . Put the tofu in the bottom of the pot, leave the oil, and stir fry the minced meat

Step 7 . Pour in the seasoning and then the fried tofu

Step 8 . Collect the juice out of the pot
