Homemade snack series, soda biscuits, crispy soda biscuits have always been one of my favorite biscuits. I haven't been tired of eating them. Most of the oil sold in supermarkets is not very good. Step 13 . Also fold it into the shape of a small quilt, (repeat the above action three times,)
Step 14 . Roll out the pastry and put it in the middle of the oblong slices,
Step 15 . Fold it up and down, seal the left and right sides, and completely wrap the pastry in the middle of the dough,
Step 16 . Repeat the previous action of folding the dough three times, and then roll it into thin slices,
Step 17 . About this thick,
Step 18 . Cut out the shape you like, and use a fork to fork out a small air hole on it,
Step 19 . Put it on the baking tray, cover it with a layer of tin foil, 180 degrees in the middle layer, for about 15min, and then remove the tin foil and bake it. (it's best to observe it often during the second baking, until the surface changes color a little.)
