Sweet potato balls

The sweet potatoes brought from my hometown are sweet, soft and glutinous. Seeing that they are not properly kept, they gradually go bad. Rice bubble 300g
sweet potato 600 g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Step 1 . Wash, peel and cut sweet potatoes into pieces, put them into a pressure cooker and steam for six minutes.

Step 7 . Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil temperature rises to 70% or 80%, the balls are fried over medium heat. Because the ingredients are already well cooked, the skin is burnt yellow
