Step 1 . Cut the fresh beef into small pieces, pour in soy sauce, a spoonful of sesame oil, and half of garlic, and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes

Step 6 . Stew over medium heat for a while and turn it down. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The more the kelp soup is boiled, the clearer it is. Generally, it's OK to see that the soup is clear and there is no foam.
Step 7 . Then season with beef powder. If the taste is heavy, you can put some salt, and then nest an egg. It's more unique. You can leave it alone
