Braised Tofu with mushrooms

Main Ingredients

starch appropriate amount
garlic A moderate amount of
ginger appropriate amount
Carrot A moderate amount of
peas A moderate amount of
Bean curd A moderate amount of
Mushroom A moderate amount of

Auxiliary Ingredients

Light soy sauce appropriate amount
salt A moderate amount of
oil appropriate amount

Step 1 . Cut tofu into small pieces

Step 2 . Cut mushrooms into small pieces

Step 3 . Put oil in the pot, add mushrooms and stir fry

Step 4 . Add tofu and minced ginger and garlic and stir fry

Step 5 . Add proper amount of water to boil

Step 6 . Add peas and carrots and cook for 5 minutes

Step 7 . Water starch for standby
