Beef brisket curry
I have a big bag of beef brisket that my parents brought back before, all made into curry at once, enough for 8-10 people to eat.Step 1 . Thaw beef brisket in advance.
Step 2 . After rinsing off the blood, use kitchen paper to absorb excess water.
Step 3 . Cut the beef brisket into pieces, put it in clean water, boil it, pour out the dirty water, and wash it clean.
Step 4 . Pour a new pot of water into the watered beef brisket. Boil it base note, then simmer it over medium low heat until soft and rotten. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. (forgot to take a photo, use this instead).
Step 5 . Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces for later use.
Step 6 . Heat the oil in a hot pot, add onions and stir fry until fragrant. Then add potatoes and carrots and stir fry.
Step 7 . Pour the soup into the stewed beef brisket and bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 8 . Add curry cubes and stir continuously until they melt.
Step 9 . Boil until it becomes viscous, then turn off the heat.
Step 10 . Take another soup pot, boil water, add yellow pepper and broccoli, cook until done, remove and set aside.
Step 11 . Serve rice on a plate, pour curry over it, and add yellow peppers and broccoli.
Step 12 . Beef brisket curry is on the table
Step 13 . Meat, vegetables, and carbohydrates are both nutritious and balanced.
