I like spicy fermented bean curd and chicken wings. They taste good together~~~

I made it the night before, put it in the refrigerator, and take it out for use at noon the next day. I don't need to pickle it for that long.

Step 2 . Open fire, heat the pot and add oil, and stir fry the chicken wings. When it's almost fried, pour in the marinade and stifle it.
