Beef steak with red wine and black pepper
Usually, I also like to buy some beef tenderloin to make steak. I cut it and pickle it one day in advance. The next day, I just need to prepare the sauce temporarily. Frying the steak is a matter of minutes, which is very time-saving and easy. I can also enjoy delicious Western food at home at any time! This time, I not only used red wine and black pepper to marinate the steak, but also used red wine and black pepper to make sauce, which tastes quaint~~~~Step 1 . Slice the beef tenderloin.
Step 2 . Wash the sliced beef and dip it in kitchen paper to dry.
Step 3 . Use a meat hammer to loosen the tendons in the beef spine.
Step 4 . Put the scattered beef tenderloin into a basin, pour in two tablespoons of red wine, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a little vanilla. Use disposable gloves to grab it, soak the marinade in the beef, pour a little olive oil, and the beef will be tender and smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator compartment.
Step 5 . I marinated for at least two hours and marinated for an entire night. After removal, pat a small amount of dry starch on top.
Step 6 . Ingredients for making sauce: Cut garlic into small pieces, chop onions into small cubes, stir together two tablespoons of wine, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of white sugar, and half a tablespoon of crushed black pepper.
Step 7 . Pour olive oil into the pot, stir fry minced garlic and diced onions until fragrant and discolored.
Step 8 . Pour in the prepared red wine and black pepper sauce. Stir fry evenly.
Step 9 . Pour in a small bowl of starch water.
Step 10 . Turn off the heat after making it sticky.
Step 11 . Blanch broccoli in boiling water with salt and salad oil for one or two minutes.
Step 12 . Take a flat bottomed non stick pan and pour in olive oil or butter over high heat. Heat the oil and add the marinated steak.
Step 13 . Quickly flip over after locking in moisture on one side. About a minute or so. Fry both sides for one or two minutes.
Step 14 . Choose a degree of maturity according to your own preferences. (If you like something tender, fry it for a few minutes less, and if you like something ripe, fry it a little more. However, be careful not to fry it for too long or flip it back and forth, as it will become very old and difficult to chew over time.).
Step 15 . Pour red wine and black pepper sauce over it, and enjoy it with your favorite vegetables.
